Clocking schedules for staff and ensuring accurate time records.
Office Maintenance:
Keeping the office clean and organized.
Administrative Support:
Performing various administrative tasks to support the office’s daily operations.
Qualifications
Education:
Fresh graduates or current college students, preferably in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Legal Studies).
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong communication skills, and attention to detail.
Experience:
Prior experience in a law firm or office setting is a plus, but not required.
Attributes:
Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn and grow in a professional setting.
Bilingual:
Is a plus! but not required.
Professional Experience:
