What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Interact with customers to handle service inquiries and resolve issues related to the eGrants/eSpan system
Examine and assist customers with corrections or missing information on form submissions
Implement corrective actions to resolve grant conflicts and problems
Contact members, applicants, grantees, or grantors to assist with grant processing or extensions
Use discretion to solve unclear problems and elevate issues to developers when necessary
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 3 years of related experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work M‑F shift covering from 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm EST
Familiarity with data entry, data processing and SQL
Must be a U.S. citizen
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience with eGrants/eSpan systems
Strong analytical skills for problem‑solving
Excellent communication skills for customer interaction
Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Familiarity with grant processing systems
