The Quality Control Technician supports daily manufacturing quality activities by performing inspections, collecting and maintaining quality data, and ensuring accurate documentation of results. This entry‑level role plays a key part in maintaining data integrity, traceability, and consistency across quality records while supporting early issue detection and continuous improvement efforts.
This position works closely with Quality Inspectors, Manufacturing, and Engineering and is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in manufacturing quality and quality data governance.

At our Tulsa, OK facility, the Quality team is at the forefront of ensuring every product meets the highest standards of reliability and compliance. From supplier surveillance to hands‑on inspection and quality control, the team safeguards excellence at every stage of manufacturing. Supporting the delivery of flare and pilot packages, they play a vital role in powering safe, efficient, and sustainable operations for our customers.
What You Will Do
Perform incoming, in‑process, and final inspections following established procedures.
Use standard measuring and test equipment such as calipers, micrometers, gauges, and fixtures.
Verify product conformance to drawings, work instructions, and inspection plans.
Identify, label, and segregate nonconforming material and support NCR creation under supervision.
Accurately record inspection results and maintain complete, traceable quality documentation.
Maintain organized, audit‑ready quality records and support data consistency across systems.
Escalate quality concerns promptly to Quality Inspectors or Quality leadership.
Support continuous improvement activities, including data collection and root cause analysis support.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
Experience reading and following work instructions, drawings, and basic specifications.
Familiarity with basic measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, or data entry systems.
What Will Put You Ahead
Exposure to manufacturing or industrial environments.
Familiarity with quality systems or standards such as ISO 9001.
Experience entering, maintaining, or managing data in quality or production systems.
