Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with OEMs to gather equipment documentation and set up plant storage for integration with Maximo and EzMaxMobile
Work with plant maintenance teams to configure Maximo for new assets and upload preventive maintenance (PM) plans, visual job plans, and related documentation
Create and maintain launch MOS (Manufacturing Operating System) status documentation and scorecards for program tracking
Coordinate with plant, OEMs, and PTME to meet MOS timing and deliverables
Oversee spare part meetings, verify 1295s, attach documentation to assets, and manage critical spares
Develop and implement "Launch MOS Readiness Assessment" by line and station
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of all hourly employees
Drive continuous improvement in safety, quality, and productivity
Work with plant trades to ensure all tasks are properly documented (Visual Job Plans)
Lead resolution of machining-related concerns to increase machine availability and reduce mean time to repair (MTTR)
Identify throughput constraints and drive root cause improvements
Job Requirements
Preventive Maintenance and Standard Maintenance Procedures (SMP)
Inventory maintenance and management
Labor supervision and labor relations
Organizational leadership
High School Diploma or GED required
5+ years of related experience
Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, teambuilding, and communication skills
Preferred Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree
Maintenance planning and execution in a manufacturing environment
Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience
8D and 5Why problem-solving skills
Experience with Lean tools: 5S, Kanban, Poka-yoke, Value Stream Mapping
DMAIC and DMADV (DFSS) project methodology
Kaizen methods
FMEA, PPAP, and DOE experience
Visual Factory Management
Ergonomic analysis knowledge and experience
Effective oral and written communication skills
