Shift Schedule Sunday – Wednesday 10 am – 7:30 pm
About the role We are looking for someone (like you) to keep the front of house front of mind, be a great host, prep meals, keep the dining area tidy, and serve as an appetite anthropologist, communicating with supervisors about residents’ dietary habits.
Responsibilities
Maintain a pristine dining environment and impeccable service for residents.
Greet residents and create a welcoming atmosphere, mingle, entertain, and foster connection.
Prepare tables, salads, and silverware to ensure a smooth meal service.
Buss tables and sweep floors to keep the community clean and proud.
Communicate dietary concerns or changes in appetite to supervisors, and note when residents miss meals.
Qualifications
At least eighteen (18) years of age.
Previous experience leading a hospitality team preferred.
Knowledge of the requirements for providing appropriate care and supervision to residents.
Must possess and maintain a food server permit required by the county.
Read, write, understand, and communicate in English at minimum 8th‑grade proficiency with residents.
Positive, energetic attitude who loves residents.
Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop throughout the day.
Able to lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and post‑fall assistance.
Must be criminally cleared.
In good physical and mental health; health screening within 6 months before or 7 days after hiring; TB test at time of screening.
