Your Role Includes:
Oversee all respiratory operations in our skilled nursing and ventilator unit
Lead and mentor the Respiratory Therapy team for top‑quality, compassionate care
Coordinate with nursing staff, physicians, and pulmonary specialists
Manage regulatory compliance, scheduling, equipment, and supply needs
Participate in care planning, assessments, and family/resident communication
Foster a culture of clinical excellence and support
Qualifications:
Licensed RRT in Ohio (required)
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
Prior leadership experience preferred
Strong clinical knowledge of ventilator and tracheostomy care
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing a plus
