Carpenter Responsibilities
Willing and physically capable of performing carpentry tasks
Having a high commitment to quality and customer service is required.
Performing tasks involving physical labor at construction sites
Operating tools at construction sites
Aiding craft workers
Cleaning construction sites
Experience with hand and power tools is required.
Accurately building and installing windows, doors and cabinets
Strong accuracy with numbers, measurements, and knowledge of how to read blueprints
Organization and cleanliness is a must
Working and collaborating with team members cohesively and work independently
Willingness to learn and adapt to our methods and processes
Taking safety of yourself and team members seriously
Self‑starting ability
Show efficiency and provide quality work.
Carpenter/Laborer Qualifications
Two years previous laborer/carpenter experience
High school diploma or equivalent
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Willing to travel with occasional overnight trips
