Flat Welders

for projects located in the

Owensboro, KY area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is

$30/hour

based on experience plus

$100/day per diem for Travelers 60+ miles from the job site . If you are a Flat Welder and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

Mix of handrail, grating, and platform repairs

Pipe welding new barge mooring dolphins

Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

AWS D1.1 Certification

SMAW or GMAW Metal fabrication or Shipyard experience is a plus

OSHA 10: TI can provide training for qualified candidates

Basic hand tools

All PPE, and hood
