An analyst II position providing lead analytical support for the Administration of the Construction Renovation Reimbursement Program (CRRP). The incumbent oversees complex analytical activities, interprets legislation, ensures program compliance, processes and reconciles payments, coordinates audits, and provides technical assistance to hospital or nursing facility participants. Additional oversight is provided for supplemental payment programs within the Medi‑Cal Supplemental Payments Unit (MSPU).
Key responsibilities include:
Lead interpretation and analysis of legislation related to program administration.
Process and reconcile program payments and coordinate audits.
Provide technical assistance to participating hospitals and DP/NF facilities.
Oversee supplemental payment programs within the MSPU.
Maintain accurate program data and create scheduled reports.
Collaborate with internal and external partners, including state agencies and program participants.
Minimum Requirements
Analyst II classification knowledge and experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Detailed organization, planning, and analytical problem‑solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and email.
Understanding of financial principles and experience with data analysis.
Desirable Qualifications
Research, analytic, and interpretive skills.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
Adaptability to workload changes and prioritization.
Proactive learning and development mindset.
