Building Maintenance (2nd shift) – Epic
Location: campus in Madison, WI (Verona, WI). Requires relocation assistance.
As a member of the Building Maintenance team, you'll perform inspections, prepare rooms, and spearhead independent projects such as flooring repair, carpentry, upholstery, woodworking, and support other teams including Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Horticulture, and Culinary. The fast‑paced, creative work fuels a productive campus for employees, customers, and patients.
Responsibilities Perform maintenance inspections, repairs, and upgrades across 37 interconnected office buildings and other campus facilities.
Qualifications
Experience with general building maintenance (electric, plumbing, painting, or repair work)
Must live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus or be willing to relocate
Availability to work second shift hours or one weekend day per week
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
