As our campus grows, our maintenance needs expand. Join a dynamic team that responds to the unpredictable needs of a small city. Combine handiness and eye for aesthetics to maintain Epic's cutting‑edge facilities. You will perform inspections, prepare rooms, and spearhead independent projects such as flooring repair, carpentry, upholstery, woodworking, and support teams in Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Horticulture, and Culinary.
Epic's 9‑million‑square‑foot campus includes 37 interconnected office buildings, a state‑of‑the‑art training facility, five‑story underground auditorium, and uses alternative energy sources including wind, solar, and geothermal. The campus also offers culinary services, a four‑week sabbatical after five years, and comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities Maintain the integrity and appearance of campus buildings. Perform general building maintenance: basic electrical, plumbing, painting, or repair work. Prepare rooms and support cross‑departmental projects.
Qualifications
Experience with general building maintenance (examples: basic electric, plumbing, painting or repair work)
Must live within 45 minutes of Epic's campus in Verona, WI, or be willing to relocate
Availability to work second shift hours or one weekend day per week
Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
COVID‑19 vaccination required
