Job Description The Coordinator of Team Operations is responsible for providing assistance with coordinating all recruiting operations activities throughout the year, maintaining up-to-date prospective student-athlete profiles and maintaining up to date recruiting boards, working with Head Coach to manage Student Athlete licensing agreements, and other duties as assigned.
Job Duties
Assists with prospect identification and evaluation
Assists with coordinating all recruiting efforts (Game day activities, official and unofficial visits, Junior days and other football recruiting events)
Assists with documentation of all forms related to football recruiting; including licensing agreements.
Maintains up-to-date prospective student-athlete profiles and film profiles on behalf of assigned assistant coaches
Serves as a liaison between assigned Head and Assistant coach(s); football support staff and administration
Maintains continual and thorough familiarity with all applicable NCAA , Conference and University rules and regulations.
Other duties as assigned
