Position Overview The Executive Director, Strategy & Enterprise Development is a senior leadership role responsible for identifying, shaping, and executing strategic growth and development initiatives across Revere Health. This role focuses on exploring new opportunities—anticipating market trends, evaluating emerging business models, and transforming strategic concepts into measurable, enterprise-wide results.

Reporting to the COO (with close partnership with the CEO), the Executive Director leads cross-functional strategic initiatives, advances innovation, and oversees major partnerships and development opportunities from concept through execution. This position blends strategic vision, business development, and disciplined implementation to support Revere Health’s mission, financial performance, and long-term sustainability.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Strategy & Growth

Partner with the COO, CEO, and executive leadership to define and prioritize Revere Health’s enterprise growth strategy.

Monitor market, regulatory, payer, technology, and consumer trends to identify strategic opportunities and risks.

Develop business cases, financial models, risk assessments, and implementation roadmaps for new initiatives and service lines.

Facilitate annual and multi-year strategic planning processes aligned with operational priorities.

Strategic Development & Partnerships

Identify, evaluate, and develop strategic partnerships with health systems, payers, employers, educational institutions, and community organizations.

Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for system-wide initiatives in collaboration with ancillary service leaders across Laboratory, Pharmacy, and Physical Therapy.

Serve as an executive-level relationship owner for select strategic partners.

Collaborate with legal, finance, and operations teams to structure, negotiate, and implement partnership agreements.

Expand Revere Health’s business-to-business (B2B) portfolio, including relationships with school districts, universities, and large employers.

Innovation, Service Design & Implementation

Champion innovation through the exploration and testing of new care delivery models and service offerings.

Partner with clinical, operational, and technology leaders to design and launch new programs such as value-based care initiatives, telehealth services, employer clinics, and community-based solutions.

Oversee strategic initiatives from concept through implementation with clear governance, timelines, and accountability.

Establish project and change management disciplines to support adoption, scalability, and sustainability.

Analytics & Performance Management

Use data and market intelligence to inform strategy and evaluate initiative performance.

Define and track KPIs related to growth, margin, quality, experience, and community impact.

Prepare executive-level presentations and updates for senior leadership and the Board.

Leadership & Collaboration

Serve as a trusted thought partner and visible leader across the organization.

Lead and mentor a high-performing strategy and development team.

Foster collaboration across clinical and administrative leaders to integrate strategy into daily operations.

Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Health, or a related field.

7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare strategy, business development, consulting, or related roles.

Demonstrated success leading complex strategic initiatives from concept through execution.

Strong financial acumen, including experience with business cases, pro formas, and ROI analysis.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive and Board-level stakeholders.

Preferred:

Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, or related).

Experience in healthcare delivery, value-based care, payer relations, or population health.

Proven experience building and managing strategic partnerships.
