Warehouse Supervisor
We are seeking a motivated
Warehouse Supervisor
to lead daily warehouse operations in a fast-paced logistics environment. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff and ensuring materials and products are handled, stored, and shipped efficiently and safely.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate warehouse associates involved in receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials and products
Schedule and oversee material movement using conveyors, forklifts, cranes, hoists, and other material-handling equipment
Review shipping and receiving documents to plan daily workflow and warehouse space utilization
Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth product flow
Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness
Prepare and verify warehouse records, including material requisitions and job orders
Train, coach, and onboard new warehouse employees
Promote a safe, organized, and efficient work environment
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required experience
Proven leadership skills with the ability to provide direction and coaching
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel (pivot table experience preferred), and PowerPoint
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Customer service–focused mindset
Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Adaptable and able to work effectively in a changing environment
Strong time‑management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
Effective problem‑solving abilities
Detail‑oriented, quality‑focused, and highly organized Pay range:
$25–$28 per hour
