Pay Range Base pay range: $53,000–$55,000 per year. Actual pay is based on skills and experience.

Job Summary Focused on creating a seamless and structured onboarding experience, the Employee Optimization team ensures new hires are equipped with the resources, systems, and support needed to transition successfully into their roles. As an Employee Optimization Coordinator under Clark National Accounts, you will play a vital role in executing pre‑onboarding logistics, coordinating schedules, and preparing all necessary materials ahead of a new hire’s start date. This position is also responsible for developing training resources, guides, and standard operating procedures that drive productivity and consistency across the business unit.

Responsibilities include maintaining onboarding calendars, scheduling introductory meetings and training sessions, facilitating introductory and training sessions, ensuring timely communication throughout the process, and ensuring a smooth transition of new employees.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.

Maintain and update onboarding calendars, ensuring alignment with departmental availability and training resources.

Coordinate with managers and stakeholders to schedule introductory meetings, training sessions, and orientation activities.

Monitor schedule adherence and make adjustments as needed to accommodate changes or conflicts.

Build and maintain company training resources, guides, and standard operating procedures.

Coordinate pre‑onboarding activities to give new hires a smooth and welcoming experience.

Prepare and distribute onboarding materials such as manuals, welcome packets, and access credentials.

Work independently or with management and stakeholders to craft high‑quality training schedules.

Adapt training approaches to accommodate different learning styles and levels of experience.

Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to improve training content and delivery.

Promote accurate and timely record‑keeping to enhance communications and data quality.

Facilitate training sessions for new and veteran employees.

Utilize effective presentation and communication skills to engage participants.

Utilize existing business tools and resources to perform basic job functions.

Physical Requirements

Work is performed while sitting or standing and interfacing with a personal computer.

Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.

Requires the regular use of hands for fine manipulation.

Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.

Requires the ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Remote Work Qualifications

Access to a reliable and secure high‑speed internet connection (75 Mbps download/10 Mbps upload preferred).

Access to a home router and modem.

A dedicated home office that is noise‑ and distraction‑free with strong wireless or wired Ethernet connectivity.

A valid physical address (e.g., apartment, suite); PO boxes are not supported.

The desire and ability to communicate with other team members via chat, webcam, etc.

Experience

Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to explain technical concepts simply.

Strong emotional intelligence to connect with others in-person and remotely.

Demonstrated passion for employee relations.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to work independently and within a team.

Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable in a high‑tech environment.

Service‑leadership approach with a desire to exceed expectations.

Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.

Adaptability to changing business needs and to address difficult situations with diplomacy.

Education This role does not require a degree. We value relevant skills and experience above all else.

Desired Traits & Skills

Experience in onboarding, training, human resources, or another related field is preferred but not required for this entry‑level position.

Business proficiency in English is required.
