We provide equipment, supplies, project management, and partnership for customers across these verticals.
Key Role Highlights Project Managers ensure new locations open on schedule. Daily duties include reviewing project specifications, quoting kitchen equipment and supply needs, and overseeing coordination, delivery, and ultimate success of each project. The Project Manager serves as the primary contact for customers during their first 30 days of operation, driving customer satisfaction, profitability, and continuous process improvement.
Travel Requirements Occasional travel to company, vendor, or customer locations is required, ranging from 5% to 20% of the time based on partner needs.
Job Location Hybrid: Located in Lititz (30 Citation Lane, Lititz, PA 17543). Two in‑office days per week, with remote work flexibility.
Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights up to 50 lbs.
Remote Work Qualifications
Reliable high‑speed internet connection (75 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload). Satellite connections not supported.
Access to a home router and modem.
Dedicated, noise‑and‑distraction‑free home office space with wired or strong wireless connection.
Valid physical address; PO Boxes not supported.
Capable of communicating via chat, webcam, etc.
Legal residents of the specified states (full list omitted for brevity). H‑1B visa sponsorship not available; W‑2 only.
Experience Minimum two years of professional experience, with a foundation in project management or related fields. Strong candidates may come from teaching, customer service, hospitality, nonprofit, operations, logistics, event planning, or other relevant backgrounds.
