Why We're Hiring Complex is looking for a Marketing Coordinator with a deep love for streetwear and pop culture. This role is for someone who is equal parts creative and organized that brings fresh ideas to the table while making sure no detail, deadline, or deliverable slips through the cracks.

As a core member of the marketing team, you’ll support the Director of Marketing in bringing 360° campaigns to life across digital, social, e‑commerce, influencer, and paid channels. You’ll be hands‑on with timelines, calendars, and coordination, while also contributing creatively to how the brand shows up in culture.

This fast‑paced role is perfect for someone who thrives on momentum, takes ownership, and wants to build something meaningful.

What You'll Do

Support the Director of Marketing in the development and execution of robust 360° creative campaigns across all channels, including digital, social, e‑commerce, influencer, and paid media

Maintain monthly marketing calendars, project timelines, and creative requests within Airtable, ensuring clear visibility and on‑time execution

Manage day‑to‑day timelines, trackers, and status updates for ongoing campaigns, launches, and innovation initiatives

Actively research and propose new, innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and cultural relevance

Track projects and initiatives, providing regular updates on progress, deadlines, and next steps

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment

Source and coordinate branded marketing materials for both evergreen initiatives and special projects

Continuously monitor market trends and competitors, analyzing marketing campaigns and rollouts across digital channels from ideation through execution

Who You Are

2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within fashion, streetwear, lifestyle, or culture‑driven brands

A creative thinker with strong ideas and a passion for innovation

Deeply plugged into pop culture, with a working knowledge of trends across music, events, streetwear, and fashion

Experienced in influencer seeding and working with influencer communities

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, even under quick turnarounds

Self‑motivated, responsible, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment

Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and pivot quickly when priorities shift

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams

Proficient in Airtable and Google Suite (preferred)

$34 - $36 an hour

The Pay Range, which consists of salary and commission, for this position is listed. Actual pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Complex Total Rewards offerings for employees.
