What You’ll Do

Support the Director of Marketing in the development and execution of robust 360° creative campaigns across all channels, including digital, social, e‑commerce, influencer, and paid media.

Maintain monthly marketing calendars, project timelines and creative requests within Airtable, ensuring clear visibility and on‑time execution.

Manage day‑to‑day timelines, trackers and status updates for ongoing campaigns, launches and innovation initiatives.

Actively research and propose new, innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement and cultural relevance.

Track projects and initiatives, providing regular updates on progress, deadlines and next steps.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and sound judgment.

Source and coordinate branded marketing materials for both evergreen initiatives and special projects.

Continuously monitor market trends and competitors, analyzing marketing campaigns and rollouts across digital channels from ideation through execution.

Who You Are

2–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably within fashion, streetwear, lifestyle or culture‑driven brands.

A creative thinker with strong ideas and a passion for innovation.

Deeply plugged into pop culture, with a working knowledge of trends across music, events, streetwear and fashion.

Experienced in influencer seeding and working with influencer communities.

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, even under quick turnarounds.

Self‑motivated, responsible and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment.

Strong time‑management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and pivot quickly when priorities shift.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism.

Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively across teams.
