Overview We are looking for a
Conference Services & Catering Manager
to join our team! The Conference Services & Catering Manager coordinates and communicates details for sales groups, conventions, and social events regarding hotel guestrooms, catering services, food and beverage, and banquet facilities, while maximizing total rooms, food, beverage, and meeting room rental revenues and profits, and ensuring guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, builds strong relationships with clients and internal teams, and ensures every event is executed flawlessly.

Pay Range:
$67,000 - $70,000 per year.
Qualifications
High school diploma required; college degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred.
A minimum of two years in sales or event management with one year in F&B or hospitality‑related work experience.
Strong communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal departments.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks under pressure.
Prior experience in high‑volume or luxury environments preferred.
Ability to work nights, weekends and/or holidays as the business requires.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
Ability to occasionally assist in breaking down and setting up the banquet space, or assist in food service as needed, requiring lifting up to 50 pounds.
