YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage inbound 800# calls across all Regions from customer, partners & Field Sales Representatives

Create new orders from structured input phone, email & SalesForce

Execute and monitor transactions to enable delivery of product and billing; monitor backorders

Check availability and execute allocation requests (based on ControlTower guidance), including product substitutions and cuts

Execute transactional reconciliation for dealer to dealer / customer to customer stock transfer

Initiate country stock transfers and trigger local deliveries

Maximize effectiveness through appropriate system and technology usage while documenting all customer interactions in Customer Relations

Management Software (SalesForce.com)

Provide transactional support with account reconciliation

Ensure completion of all necessary forms (e.g. to document legally binding agreements)

Initiate approval requests to overcome various blocks (pricing, credit set up in system)

Identifying & delivering cross functional solutions to achieve Operational Excellence for the Brands and Regions

Stimulate efficiency of order management, support regional & brand standardization for SAP transactional and support processes

Execute transactions associated with complaints and returns, including logging, investigating and resolving requests in the system

WHO YOU ARE Bayer seeks an incumbent who possess the following:

Required Qualifications

3 years of operational experience

Able to effectively provide guidance & direction to others to achieve results with some supervision

Ability to effectively collaborate with strong results orientation and a process improvement mindset

Ability to achieve results with & through others

Key Competencies: customer focus, agility, critical thinking and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

BS/BA preferred

Experience in Customer Service, Commercial, Logistics, Administration

Knowledge of SAP & SalesForce preferred

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $49,660.80 – $74,491.20. Additional compensation may include a bonus or incentive compensation (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant’s location, market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
