Our client, a law firm with offices throughout the world, has an immediate need for an experienced
General Liability Defense Attorney
to join our growing team in Garden City.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/REQUIREMENTS:
Experience with General Liability Defense, Property Damage, and Labor Law Defense.
Premises liability and construction/work site accidents experience is a significant plus.
Trial experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Must be admitted to practice in NY and NJ; admission in CT, FL, PA is a plus.
Experience should be in areas other than Auto/Workers Compensation.
Strong research and writing skills.
Exceptional analytical abilities and writing skills.
Dedicated, goal-oriented, with a strong work ethic.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Effective communication skills with colleagues, clients, adversaries, and courts.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and business development skills.
