What you will do:

As our Senior Manager, Creative, you will play a pivotal role in elevating the impact of communications by leading the creative vision and execution of engaging, innovative content that resonates with internal and external stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to design compelling visual and multimedia assets that enhance messaging, strengthen brand alignment, and drive employee engagement. Additionally, you will oversee the end‑to‑end creative process—from concept development to final production—ensuring all materials support business priorities, incorporate brand guidelines, and meet the diverse needs of the division globally. You will foster a collaborative, high‑performing creative environment that inspires innovation while maintaining consistency and quality across all employee communication channels. Responsibilities

Lead creative strategy: develop and execute a creative vision that aligns with NV Division priorities, communications goals, and brand guidelines. Manage creative production: oversee the design, development, and delivery of high‑quality visual and multimedia content—including graphics, videos, presentations, infographics, and digital assets—for employee communications. Team leadership: act as mentor across the communications team, providing guidance, feedback, and professional development to elevate team creativity. Collaborate across teams: partner closely with Communications, Marketing, Leadership, and other business stakeholders to understand communication objectives and translate them into compelling creative solutions. Serve as Brand Leader for the NV Communications Team, ensuring all work complies with brand guidelines, maintains consistency across channels, and upholds communication/design best practices. Innovate communication formats: explore and recommend new creative formats, tools, and technologies to enhance employee engagement and content accessibility. Project management: oversee creative project timelines, workflows, and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient delivery of communication campaigns and initiatives. Quality control: review and approve creative work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with communication goals before distribution. Support division initiatives: contribute creative expertise to divisional campaigns, change management initiatives, and key programs. Measure impact: assess the effectiveness of creative assets and inform continuous improvement. Vendor and partner coordination: manage relationships with external creative agencies, freelancers, and vendors as needed to supplement internal creative capacity. Stay current on industry trends: continuously monitor emerging trends, tools, and best practices in creative design, digital media, and employee communications to ensure the team leverages innovative and effective approaches. ul>

What you need:

Required

Bachelor's degree. 10+ years of professional experience. 7+ years of progressive experience in creative design and/or agency graphic design and art‑direction. Strong portfolio that demonstrates creative vision, design expertise, and effective storytelling. Preferred

4+ years of direct people‑leading experience. 4+ years of experience managing creative teams, vendors, and cross‑functional partnerships. Prior experience with Adobe Creative Suite. $129,600 – $286,500 salary, plus bonus eligibility and benefits. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors. Benefits
