Responsibilities
Primarily, the employee must enjoy interacting with customers and making sales. Additional requirements include: Ability to juggle multiple tasks or projects High level of attention to detail and follow-through Must be cooperative and helpful Energetic and enthusiastic personality An ability to grasp construction concepts Must be a team player Must be able to add and subtract fractions as well as other basic math functions Must have a strong desire to learn Can work under pressure and be flexible to changing conditions Must be able to demonstrate a high sense of urgency Use CRM software to maintain a database of current information on new sales opportunities as well as existing customers Produce sales reports on a regular basis to present a status update on progress towards company customer acquisition goals Generate repeat customers by persistently following up with existing customers via phone calls, emails, or other forms of communication Meet with prospects and convert them into new clients and ensure their needs are met Encourage potential clients to buy premium products and close the best possible deal Qualifications
Sales experience is preferred but not required Construction and retail experience is preferred but not required We are looking for an outstanding individual who can grow with us and can positively contribute to our culture and continued success All candidates shall be tested for job fit as well as for basic math competency Experience using CRM software as an integral part of the sales process High school diploma or GED required, college experience is highly valued One year of work experience in sales Excellent communication skills, listening skills, presentation skills, and customer service skills Compensation
