The firm is looking to bring on an Analyst to their investment team that has experience working with small-cap equities as well as having experience with capital markets. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of US Small-cap companies. Develop and maintain financial models to support investment reccomendations. Monitor market trends, industry developments, and economic indicators to identify investment opportunities. Prepare detailed investment reports and presentations for the investment team and portfolio managers. Collaborate with Senior Analyst's and Portfolio Managers to develop investment strategies. Stay updated with regulatory changes and their impact on the sector and portfolio holdings. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA designation preferred. Minimum of 2 years of experience in investment analysis, with proven expertiese with US Small-cap equity companies and capital markets investing experience. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Proficiency in Bloomberg, FactSet, or similar financial research tools.
