$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:

Role Snapshot In this role, you will provide structured mental health counseling to clients throughout Indiana using a secure telehealth platform. Alongside direct care, you will support clinical consistency by supervising associate counselors and participating in case reviews.
Responsibilities Conduct intake assessments and ongoing therapy sessions Develop and update individualized treatment plans Maintain clear and compliant clinical documentation Provide supervision and feedback to associate clinicians Participate in clinical reviews and care coordination Track progress and modify interventions
Active Indiana
LMHC
license Master’s degree in Counseling or related discipline Experience delivering outpatient mental health therapy Supervisory experience preferred Comfortable working independently in a remote setting
