The School of Business Administration (SBA) at Nile University invites applications for full-time faculty positions at the rank of Associate Professor or Full Professor in the Supply Chain Management, and Management & Entrepreneurship fields, commencing in Spring Semester 2026. The school seeks academically qualified and professionally engaged scholars who demonstrate excellence in teaching and research.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in, Supply Chain Management, and/or Management & Entrepreneurship in line with approved curricula and learning outcomes.
Develop, review, and continuously improve course syllabi, teaching materials, assessment methods, and learning activities.
Supervise undergraduate graduation projects and postgraduate theses and dissertations, and participate in examination and defense committees.
Conduct high-quality scholarly research and publish in reputable, peer-reviewed international journals.
Contribute to assurance of learning, accreditation, and quality assurance processes.
Participate actively in curriculum development, program review, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Engage in academic advising and mentoring to support student success and professional development.
Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary teaching, research, and community engagement initiatives.
Participate in academic, administrative, and professional service activities at the School, University, and community levels.
Maintain an active professional profile through industry engagement, consultancy, executive education, or professional associations, where applicable.
Required Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management, Management & Entrepreneurship, or a closely related discipline from an accredited institution.
Appointment at the rank of Associate Professor or Full Professor.
Demonstrated excellence in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching and student supervision.
Strong and sustained record of scholarly publications in reputable peer-reviewed journals.
Evidence of contribution to academic service, quality assurance, and accreditation activities.
Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.
