Description & Requirements We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to play a critical role in leading organizational transformation and change initiatives across Xerox. This highly multifaceted role requires quick transition between creative and analytical mindsets while maintaining poise and accountability.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of OCM professionals supporting the day‑to‑day activities of changes across Xerox, mentoring, advising, and co‑creating deliverables that drive adoption and sustainment of technologies, solutions, and ways of working.
Partner with program/project executives and leadership teams to help drive adoption strategies, formulate overarching project plans, and advise leadership on the overall successful launch of changes.
Advise and coach BU and IT leadership across Xerox on change project adoption and sustainment efforts to understand their strategic objectives, organizational culture, and readiness for change.
Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate an organization’s readiness and capacity for change, identifying potential barriers and areas of resistance.
Coach senior leaders and executives in how they fulfill the role of change sponsor.
Provide support and coaching to HR Business Partners, Learning & Development Consultants, and managers as they lead their direct reports through transitions.
Develop comprehensive change management strategies and plans, tailored to the unique needs and challenges of the organization.
Identify potential people‑side risks, anticipated points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address these concerns.
Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization to build alignment, garner support, and facilitate buy‑in for proposed changes.
Design and implement change campaigns to include communication plans, videos, and infographics to ensure timely and transparent understanding of change initiatives, information, and progress updates, and impacts to stakeholders.
Develop and deliver training programs to equip stakeholders with the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to adapt to new processes, systems, and ways of working.
Lead the implementation of change initiatives, providing guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the change process.
Coordinate with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
Coordinate with other departments and leaders to leverage expertise in support of change and adoption efforts.
Work with cross‑functional business partners to ensure consistency throughout the adoption program lifecycle and share a common understanding of business impacts as a result of system and process transformation.
Anticipate and address resistance to change through proactive engagement, coaching, and mitigation strategies, fostering a culture of openness and receptivity to change.
Evaluate effectiveness of change efforts, identify performance gaps, develop and implement interventions when needed, and capture and apply lessons learned to achieve continuous improvement.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness and impact of change management efforts, adjusting as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field.
7+ years of progressively more responsible professional experience.
5+ years of experience in organizational change management.
In‑depth understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, with a proven track record of successfully leading complex change initiatives.
Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to build rapport, inspire trust, and motivate teams and stakeholders to embrace change.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas to diverse audiences.
Experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
Detail‑oriented, process‑oriented, results‑driven.
Desired Requirements:
Prosci certification.
Familiarity with lean practices.
Project Management certification.
Communications experience.
Training needs analysis and facilitation experience.
