$115,000 – $120,000 per year Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location:

Job Summary We are hiring an Indiana-licensed LMHC to deliver ongoing virtual therapy to a steady client caseload. This position is built for counselors who value consistency, predictable hours, and a structured clinical environment that supports quality care delivery.
Responsibilities
Provide scheduled telehealth counseling sessions
Conduct assessments and follow-up evaluations
Supervise associate clinicians and review case notes
Ensure documentation aligns with state requirements
Support continuity of care and treatment adjustments
Evaluate treatment effectiveness over time
Qualifications
Current Indiana
LMHC
license
Master’s degree in Counseling or related field
Experience delivering mental health therapy
Prior supervision experience preferred
Strong written communication skills
