Daily mission: Support the accounting team by accurately processing financial transactions, assisting with auctions, and learning the systems and workflows that keep Richmond Auctions running smoothly. This is a growth role designed to evolve as the company continues to scale.

WHO ARE YOU? You’re detail-oriented, organized, and take pride in getting things right. You’re early in your accounting career and eager to learn, improve, and grow with a fast-moving company. You’re comfortable asking questions, following processes, and juggling multiple tasks without losing accuracy.

You may not know everything yet—but you care, you pay attention, and you follow through. If clean spreadsheets and balanced numbers give you a quiet sense of accomplishment, you’ll fit right in.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? As part of our finance team, you’ll support day-to-day accounting operations across all auctions. You’ll help process invoices and payments, maintain customer accounts, assist with reconciliations, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth path from auction close to shipment.
