Work Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm with 1 remote work from home day each week

Education Graduate of an approved/accredited nursing program with an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

Experience 5 years of general nursing to include and 1 year of supervisory experience

Licenses and Certifications (RN) REGISTERED NURSE Licensure as Registered Nurse by Board of Nurse Examiners for State of Texas Upon Hire and (BLS) BASIC LIFE SUPPORT Upon Hire

Preferred

Education Bachelor's Degree BSN

Experience 1 year Oncology experience

Job Duties

Oversees and/or teaches others specialized knowledge and skills necessary to perform techniques and routines in area of specialty.

Provides operational management of daily patient care services.

Assesses, monitors, and evaluates systems for delivery of care.

Assists in development of patient care standards of practice and personnel performance.

Designs, executes, and delivers effective system of internal controls applicable and in compliance to laws, regulations, and internal policies and procedures.

Facilitates teamwork through planned group processes, (i.e., workshops, seminars, and staff meetings).

Supervises nursing staff and/or other non‑licensed medical or office support personnel.

Performs other duties as assigned.
