Clinical Research Coordinator II

DeSoto, Texas – United States . On-site position. Schedule: 9-5 PM, M-F.
We are supporting a growing clinical research site network in hiring Clinical Research Coordinators at multiple levels, to support late-phase, industry-sponsored clinical trials across psychiatric and neurological indications.
This role is well-suited for coordinators at early to mid-career levels, as well as more experienced professionals looking to take on greater study ownership.
Please note, this position is for Dallas based candidates. However, we have other openings at our other sites in New York, Greater Boston Area, Philadelphia PA.
What You’ll Do
Support or manage one or more clinical trials, depending on experience level
Conduct participant visits and protocol-required procedures
Assist with screening, enrollment, and study operations
Collaborate with research teams, sponsors, and monitors
Support data entry, query resolution, and inspection readiness
Contribute to study start-up and ongoing trial execution
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required
Clinical research experience at a site level (industry-sponsored trial experience a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Interest in growing within clinical research and taking on increased responsibility
