IT Support Technician - Onsite Healthcare

Title: Site Support Technician | Omaha- Multiple Sites | Room for Growth!

Pay/Salary/Benefits/Perks

Contract Type: 6-Month Contract to Hire/ Extensions

Hourly Rate: $27-29/HR

Salary upon Conversion: $60k (contingent upon experience)

Work from Home Policy On-site 5 days a week. Reliable transportation required for travel between sites. Standard hours are 8am-5pm PST.

Responsibilities

Technical Support:

Troubleshoot hardware and software systems. Provide support directly to nurses, clinic staff, and doctors through ticket resolution.

Must-Have Qualifications and Skills

Experience:

At least 3 years of experience in IT support, working on-site with users

IT Ticketing Systems:

Familiarity with IT ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
