We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing & Administrative Assistant to support our client's marketing operations and executive leadership. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys managing multiple projects, and is passionate about organizational excellence. The ideal candidate has strong administrative skills including Microsoft Excel and Word (mail merge, formatting, etc.) This role is 2 days a week in office and 3 days remote and offers a competitive base compensation and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee production of promotional items and print materials

Manage the organization’s online store and maintain inventory

Organize and manage digital assets, files, photos, and marketing collateral

Coordinate logistics for delivery of marketing materials to regional offices and events, including shipping and tracking

Serve as liaison with Accounts Payable; process and file vendor invoices

Update records in response to returned direct mail

Provide administrative support to the Chief Marketing Officer, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, English, journalism, or related field preferred

3–5 years of experience in administrative support roles

Skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, Internet); familiarity with WordPress, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and media management tools is a plus

Basic graphic design skills preferred

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software

Experience with project management platforms (e.g., Asana) is a plus

Exceptional organizational and time management abilities

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset

Dependable, diplomatic, and able to work both independently and as part of a team

Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Alexandria, AL is prayerfully seeking a Full‑Time Student Pastor to lead and grow our middle school and high school ministry. This pastor will have the opportunity to invest in a thriving and active student ministry of 80–100 students in grades 6–12, helping students grow in their faith and develop a lifelong relationship with Jesus Christ.

Position Overview The Student Pastor will provide spiritual leadership, vision, and direction for all aspects of student ministry, while partnering closely with parents, volunteers, and church leadership to disciple students and families.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, disciple, and pastor students in grades 6–12

Plan and lead weekly student worship gatherings, small groups, events, and retreats

Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for student ministry

Recruit, train, and oversee a team of paid staff and volunteers

Build strong, intentional relationships with students and their families

Partner with parents to support spiritual formation in the home

Coordinate and support student outreach, missions, and service opportunities

Collaborate with church staff to support the overall mission and vision of Mt. Zion Baptist Church

Qualifications

A growing and evident personal relationship with Jesus Christ

A calling and passion for student ministry

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to lead teams, equip volunteers, and work collaboratively with staff

Experience with larger student ministries

Alignment with the beliefs and mission of Mt. Zion Baptist Church

Our client in Clemson, SC is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their senior level team with complex administrative projects.

This is a long‑term temporary position for at least 3–6 months but could lead to a permanent role.

Full‑time in‑office hours at $20‑22/hour.

Responsibilities

Offer support on various projects and tasks for a team of professionals including management and updating Outlook calendars

Prepare meeting materials and organize meetings with internal and external partners

Oversee data and prepare reports as needed

Arrange business travel and track expenses and reimbursements ensuring budget is followed

Process checks and act as a liaison with the fiscal analysts

Provide logistical support for department events and engagement activities

Prepare and coordinate mailings and correspondence

Assist with board meeting logistics

Qualifications

High school diploma

2 years of complex administrative and office management experience or bachelor’s degree
