Responsibilities
Pack Operators
are responsible for operating pack equipment, processing, packing products, and performing sanitation duties to maintain food safety requirements. This role plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient packaging of our products.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions (with or without reasonable accommodation)
Must be able to ascend and descend stairs multiple times per day Climb ladder, step, and extension Able to lift up to 50 pounds and exert 20 pounds of force Frequently stand, walk, rotate, bend/stoop, twist, crouch, kneel, balance, and reach at shoulder level and below shoulder level Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs., kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, loud noise) with personal protective equipment (PPE) such as a dust mask Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above) Must be clean shaven in areas requiring respiratory protection with a properly sealed respirator
