A well-established and growing civil engineering and land development practice is seeking an experienced Civil Engineer
to support a diverse portfolio of commercial, educational, municipal, state, and federally funded infrastructure projects. (Position is Located in Broome County NY) Responsibilities
Prepare and review civil/site designs, plans, and technical specifications Design grading, drainage, stormwater, erosion control, roadway, and utility systems Support permitting, regulatory coordination, and agency reviews Perform construction-phase support, inspections, and compliance reviews Assist with cost estimating, project scheduling, and value engineering Serve as project engineer and coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors Provide guidance and oversight to junior staff as needed Qualifications
B.S. in Civil Engineering Minimum 4 years of civil engineering design experience EIT certification required; P.E. preferred or ability to obtain within a defined timeframe Proficiency with AutoCAD/MicroStation and Microsoft Office Strong communication and project coordination skills Valid driver’s license Competitive pay (based on experience) Full-time, in-person position Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, life insurance, and retirement plans Schedule
