If you’re passionate about maternity care and want to make a measurable difference for growing families—especially when things get high-acuity, then this role is for you. Our

Birthing Pavilion

with about

1,300 deliveries each year . And because

55% of our patients are high-risk

through our

Maternal Fetal Medicine

service, you’ll practice at the top of your license in a setting where skill, teamwork, and calm leadership matter every day.

About the Patients and Unit We care for patients across the full spectrum from

antepartum, intrapartum, postpartum, normal newborn care, and focused care newborn care

all in one cohesive LDRP model. We also serve as a regional resource, receiving

transports from all of New Hampshire, Southern Vermont, and occasionally Maine .

You’ll be supported by a strong, multidisciplinary environment including a

robust midwifery service , a

generalist physician service , and a unit designed for efficient, safe flow complete with a

two-bed triage room

where we triage all patients.

And when a delivery turns into “all hands on deck,” you’re not on an island: we collaborate closely with the

Emergency Department, ICU, CVCCU, and the Main OR

to deliver highly specialized care for pregnant and postpartum patients.

What makes this unit different? Our pavilion includes

two dedicated operating rooms , and

every RN is trained in perioperative care

including

circulating, scribing, and PACU services . Plus, the

ICN/NICU is right next door , and we work in tight partnership with their team for seamless escalation and newborn support.
