Shift Times

A Shift: 7:00 am – 7:30 pm (Sun, Mon, Tues & every other Wed)

B Shift: 7:00 am – 7:30 pm (Thu, Fri, Sat & every other Wed)

C Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am (Sun, Mon, Tues & every other Wed)

D Shift: 7:00 pm – 7:30 am (Thu, Fri, Sat & every other Wed)

Pay Rate:

$24.17 – $25.17 per hour, paid weekly.

Responsibilities

Operate Bartelt, SN & Jones machine(s), including peripheral fillers, and may operate two machines simultaneously while monitoring for malfunctions.

Maintain quality and quantity of pouches as set by Quality Assurance and Packaging Production Standards.

Perform weight and quality checks every 15 minutes or hourly, to ensure ingredient fills meet standards.

Check ingredient and total pouch weights and adjust controls as required to meet standards.

Clear machine jams as required.

Perform certain mechanical adjustments on packaging lines.

Retrieve packaging material from forward pick area and load onto machine.

Use computer to retrieve changeover information and settings.

Report machine malfunction (mechanical/electrical) to mechanic, electrician or supervisor.

Update all related Line KPI information and graphs as required.

Qualifications

Minimum of two (2) years recent and continuous employment in a high‑speed manufacturing environment.

Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Flexibility to work off‑shift, including 12‑hour night/day shifts, overtime, and weekends.
