in San Andreas, California✨

Nestled in the Sierra foothills of California, Yosemite Treatment Center located on the Sierra Ridge Campus is a licensed Short-Term Residential Therapeutic Program that offers individual, group, and family therapy, as well as evidence-based skill and rehabilitation groups. Yosemite Treatment Center embraces a strengths-based approach within a least restrictive program model and normalized high school environment. Here youth become part of a cohesive, supportive, dynamic community of peers and highly qualified staff. Through Rite of Passage’s Integrated Care Model, Yosemite Treatment Center provides a trauma-responsive program that is individualized for each youth.

Pay:

Starting at $24.00 per hour.

What you will do:

As a Case Manager, you are responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs.

Develop and oversee the completion of the MAP Plan.

Provide monthly progress notes and weekly student updates.

Facilitate weekly group meetings.

Conduct assigned responsibilities with respect, consideration, encouragement, positive guidance, and utilization of resources towards the youths’ overall success.

Qualifications

Be empathetic, patient, consistent, compassionate, an honest work ethic, and treat others with respect.

Have a desire to work with troubled teens.

Have a BA/BS in a related field.

Have prior case management experience, including 3 years with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies.

Be at least 21 years of age.

Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Be able to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.

Shift schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday – Saturday, 8-hour shift with 1-hour break.

Education

Required:

Bachelors or better.

Preferred:

Masters or better.

Experience

Preferred:

2-5 years of Case Management or Service Coordination.
