Rite of Passage is hiring a
Case Manager
for its Sierra Sage Treatment Center in Yerington, Nevada.
We provide residential treatment for young women in a safe, supportive, nurturing environment. Through accredited education, vocational training and a normalized high school experience, our youth women are given the skills they need to overcome the effects of abuse, neglect, trauma substance abuse, mental illness and violence so they can make healthy choices for themselves and their futures.
Pay : Starting at $24.00 an hour.
What you will do
Administrate, develop, and facilitate the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with agency requests and each student’s needs.
Serve as a liaison between the client, parents/legal guardian, and placing agency officials.
Complete required reports and documentation in a timely manner, provide management with required reports, and advise of any problematic situations.

Be empathetic, patient, and treat others with respect.
Have a desire to work with troubled teens.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a Bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years’ experience.
Pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
Pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
