Key Responsibilities
Perform various welding processes (MIG, TIG, Stick) on metal components.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality, strength, and adherence to specifications.
Fabricate and assemble metal structures and parts according to design.
Operate and maintain welding equipment, tools, and machinery.
Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies.
Prepare materials for welding by cleaning, grinding, or cutting.
Recommended Qualifications
Proficiency in various welding processes, including MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.
AWS (American Welding Society) certification or equivalent.
Ability to accurately read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial welding environment.
Strong understanding and adherence to safety protocols and quality control standards.
Bonus Qualifications
Advanced welding certifications (e.g., AWS D1.1, specific material certifications)
Proficiency in multiple welding processes (e.g., TIG, MIG, Stick)
Experience with basic fabrication techniques, including fitting, grinding, and material preparation
Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and welding symbols
