Job Description: Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse – Medical Surgical to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment, monitoring patients with complex medical conditions and utilizing telemetry technology to ensure optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
D eliver safe and effective nursing care to patients in medical-surgical and telemetry units
Monitor patient conditions, including cardiac rhythms, and respond to changes promptly
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
Document patient assessments, interventions, and progress accurately
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
Educate patients and families on health management and discharge instructions
Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in the specialty within the past 2 years.
Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Preferred Qualifications (if any)
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field
Advanced training or experience in telemetry monitoring
