The Customer Service Representative is a results‑driven team player who delivers exceptional customer support in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment and reports to the Vice President of Business Development. Responsibilities include creating quotes, processing orders, managing customer portals, communicating delays, resolving customer issues and working closely with production teams to ensure accurate service delivery.

Requirements: strong communication, time management, accountability, initiative and the ability to perform under pressure; manufacturing customer service or sales support experience; familiarity with CNC, Swiss machining, EDM (or metal stamping processes); and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and data entry.
