Essential Functions: The maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining manufacturer equipment, working both individually and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance on mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems of stamping presses and CNC machinery.
Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions to determine necessary repairs.
Conduct repairs and modifications to machinery to maintain production efficiency.
Install, adjust, and repair various automation and control systems associated with manufacturing equipment.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records, including preventive maintenance schedules.
Collaborate with other departments to improve equipment reliability and efficiency.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards within the workplace.
Participate in training programs to enhance skills and maintain knowledge of industry best practices.
Communicate with outside contractors.
Non-essential Responsibilities:
Performs other duties as directed.

A high school diploma or equivalent; a technical degree or certification in industrial maintenance is preferred.
Proven experience as a maintenance technician in a manufacturing environment, preferably with metal stamping or CNC machinery.
Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and repair of industrial machinery.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime, as needed.
Work Environment: This position works in a manufacturing work environment. The employee must be cognizant of hazards, including but not limited to a variety of physical conditions, such as proximity to moving mechanical parts, moving vehicles, electrical current, and exposure to high heat or exposure to chemicals.
