Education Program Coordinator

Position Summary The Education Program Coordinator on the Part Three team plays a vital role in coordinating and delivering the Advanced Management of Relationship-Centered Care (AMRCC) curriculum, organizing clinical learning experiences, course schedules, student rosters, and rotation site and orientation logistics. This position collaborates closely with the Unit Directors, the Part Three Academic Program Director and Manager, and other faculty and staff to ensure effective implementation, coordination, and continuous improvement of the curriculum. The Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for students regarding academic planning and progress, provides guidance and advocacy for student success, and supports cross‑functional projects aligned with the Office of Biomedical Education’s mission.
Minimum Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Two years of relevant experience required.
Successful completion of a background check required.
Candidates may be asked to complete a pre‑employment physical, including a drug screen.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with educational technologies including learning management systems.
Experience with educational administration tools such as calendars, spreadsheets, and survey software.
Willingness to learn new software programs as appropriate.
