Your New Role: Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal looking for substantive work on civil litigation cases? Join this esteemed, full-service Salem firm, supporting attorneys working in medical malpractice and school law.
In this role, you’ll collaborate on full case management with a team of trial attorneys, taking on a combination of paralegal and legal assistant duties. This will include drafting correspondence, discovery requests, subpoenas, motions, and pleadings; managing attorney calendars; and preparing trial notebooks and exhibits. Additionally, you’ll conduct intake calls, run conflict checks, and prepare new client summaries for attorneys.
Your assigned attorneys are impressive litigators who are known to be appreciative and easy to work with. The billable hour goals are very reasonable, and you’ll have a balanced blend of substantive and administrative work.
You’ll have plenty of flexibility with the option of a hybrid schedule after training. If you’d prefer to start working after the holidays, they will even offer a delayed start date!
