Founders Associate focused on Business Development & Client Success Manager (B2B) – Remote (EU) + Client Travel
Sapiens is an early-stage startup helping high performers and high-performing teams detect and reverse chronic, stress-driven risk early. We translate whole-body data into the next best actions and lasting habits so people sustain energy, focus, and health long before problems become clinical.
We sell primarily to large companies (typical sales cycle 3–6 months) and deliver through three products:

Your mission
This is a hybrid role combining business development and premium, client-facing operations.
You will help build a sales system and progressively take ownership of growth and pipeline management, while ensuring white-glove delivery for active clients.
You will work everyday with our Founder and CEO, Jan-Philipp Martini - a former Boston Consulting Group Consultant.
What success looks like
Business development
Revenue from new clients (cold outreach and inbound)
Pragmatic handling of B2C leads when helpful for referrals and B2B intros
Client success and operations
Retention through the habit change journey and improvement in key outcome metrics (including Body Reserve score)
Follow-up diagnostics rate
Referrals and warm intros that convert into B2B business
Responsibilities
Business development and growth
Build and run a structured sales funnel with the founder
Set up, maintain, and operate the CRM
Join and later lead high-profile sales and customer relationship conversations
Qualify, follow up, and advance leads across a 3–6 month sales cycle
Execute strategic cold outreach to a clearly defined ICP (CPO, L&D, business executives)
Develop and test growth initiatives for EU, Middle East (KSA/UAE), and US markets
Build a community of “fans” around Sapiens (newsletter, social, partnerships)
Create and coordinate high-quality marketing content that builds trust and long-term relationships
Client-facing operations (white-glove)
Maintain full transparency on where each client is in the journey
Coordinate kit logistics and timing across diagnostics and programs
Proactively communicate with clients during testing and habit change journeys
Support coaches and experts by ensuring materials and reports arrive on time
Oversee the report creation pipeline and contribute hands‑on where needed
Identify drop‑off risks early, follow up, and drive retention and next steps
Requirements
Academic background in business administration, marketing, communications, economics, or related fields
First experience in a fast‑paced environment (startup experience preferred)
Strong analytical mindset with independent execution and ownership
Structured, organized, and resilient under multiple parallel workstreams
Entrepreneurial attitude and comfort with changing priorities week‑by‑week
German is mandatory , very good English required
