The ideal candidate
Proven experience as an ex-founder or early GTM leader who has scaled a startup from $0 to $1M+ ARR.
Deeply networked within the San Francisco tech ecosystem with existing ties to founders and VCs.
High-agency hustler who thrives in ambiguous, 0-to-1 environments without needing a pre-defined structure.
