Base pay range $45,000.00/yr - $50,000.00/yr

Maintenance Technician
to join our residential apartment community and ensure our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and well‑maintained living environment.
The
Maintenance Technician
is responsible for performing repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep of the property, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance work. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, safety‑focused, and committed to providing excellent service to ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repair
Respond promptly to resident service requests and ensure issues are resolved efficiently
Complete preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment to reduce breakdowns
Maintain the overall appearance and safety of the property, including common areas and grounds
Troubleshoot and identify maintenance problems, providing effective solutions
Assist with apartment turnover, including cleaning, painting, and minor repairs between residents
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain accurate maintenance records
Work collaboratively with property management and other staff to support smooth community operations
Requirements
Working knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Carpentry and Appliances
Ability to work a rotating on‑call schedule and extended hours as required
Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and diffuse conflict
Strong organization skills and ability to multitask
Must exhibit competence in decision making and employing judgment
Must have the ability to lift 50lbs
Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
