Education:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Work Experience: Minimum two years of relevant experience required. Support of people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets. Eligibility to sell and process firearms transactions as per federal and state laws. Ability to obtain/maintain FOID card (Illinois only). Skills:
Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety rules, instructions, and manuals. Proficiency in preparing reports and correspondence. Understanding of written, oral, or diagrammatic instructions. Knowledge of inventory software, order processing systems, and Microsoft Office.
