Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Material Handler to join our dynamic distribution center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling materials efficiently, ensuring smooth operations in a high-volume site. This position offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Use a sit-down forklift to unload and load trucks.
Move trailers as needed.
Cross-train in receiving and shipping operations.
Utilize RF scanners and computers to update inventory records.
Process paperwork and prepare shipments accurately.
Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager and other team members.
Essential Skills
Proficient in operating a sit-down forklift.
Strong computer skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is a plus.
Familiarity with RF scanner operations is advantageous.

Work Environment This role is based in a distribution center environment, featuring three shifts that require flexibility with working hours according to business needs. The facility includes a smaller warehouse with two docks, handling a high volume of freight traffic.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, TN.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 – $21.00/hr.
